Spring Hill Tech is located on the west side of Mariner Blvd 4 buildings north of Spring Hill Drive in Mariner Plaza.

At the west side of Mariner and Spring Hill drive is Circle K, then Dunken Donuts then what used to be Dairy Queen then Mariner Plaza.
